Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, gathering psychosocial data to formulate individualized treatment plans for each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy, grief counseling, and addiction counseling to enhance client outcomes.

• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to develop and adjust treatment plans based on client needs and progress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive and communicative environment where clients can share experiences and strategies.

• Regularly document client progress, treatment updates, and any adjustments made to enhance therapeutic momentum.

• Prepare clients and their families for successful discharge, providing education and resources that promote long-term mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals struggling with addiction and mental health disorders, including children, adolescents, and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
