Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns accurately, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Offer individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—ensuring approaches align with each client's specific needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adapting their treatment plans to reflect progress and evolving needs.

• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring you accommodate clients who face mobility or transportation challenges, thus promoting accessibility to high-quality mental health care.

• Document client interactions meticulously, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards while ensuring timely record-keeping that supports seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
