Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions via telehealth, employing both evidence-based therapeutic interventions and personalized care strategies.

• Manage all necessary documentation, including timely completion of clinical notes and records maintaining our high standards of professional documentation.

• Handle appointment scheduling and ensure an organized calendar to accommodate client needs effectively.

• Participate in weekly team meetings to collaborate with fellow therapists, share insights, and stay updated on best practices in clinical care.

• Assist clients from diverse backgrounds with a range of clinical presentations, focusing on mental health challenges associated with terminal illness and grief.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients who are experiencing end-of-life transitions, as well as their families. Your ability to provide empathetic counseling to couples and individuals of various ages will be crucial in addressing emotional distress and supporting coping mechanisms during challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• High level of self-motivation and organizational skills to manage your patient load effectively.

• Willingness to work evenings and to maintain a minimum of 20-25 client hours weekly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
