Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client mental health issues, using standardized tools and personal interviews to inform treatment planning.

• Create customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing various therapeutic techniques grounded in current evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to enhance clients' emotional resilience and coping strategies.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals while maintaining a strong focus on client progress throughout the course of treatment.

• Provide teletherapy as an option for clients who prefer virtual interactions or have mobility concerns, ensuring accessibility to vital mental health support.

• Uphold meticulous documentation practices, consistently updating client records to reflect the highest standards of ethical and regulatory compliance.

• Engage in professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to remain current on industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on underserved individuals who may be dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health issues. Our diverse clientele varies in age and background, and your ability to connect with clients from different walks of life will be essential in tailoring treatment to their specific experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exemplary communication skills, enabling you to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients, creating a safe and trusting environment.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach, ensuring clients feel understood and supported.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing for efficient caseload management and adherence to administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with a range of mental health disorders, especially in individual therapy settings. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling techniques is also highly valued.
