Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee the clinical care of patients with a variety of psychological challenges, demonstrating expertise and effective therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions that are specifically tailored to the needs of your clients, ensuring that each session is productive and focused on therapeutic goals.

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, facilitate evidence-based treatment plans, and document findings in thorough progress notes.

• Manage a diverse caseload, employing advanced clinical skills to discern when additional psychological interventions are necessary and collaborating with clients to create effective action plans.

• Address crises and emergency situations with appropriate interventions and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, guiding them through resources and services available to further their journey towards wellness.

• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, modifying care plans to address the evolving needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a broad range of clients, from young adults to seniors, each presenting various mental health needs, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or PhD in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required for this position.

• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience in remote therapy sessions, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and a strong understanding of trauma-informed care practices will greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• A competitive salary between USD 90,000 and 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Eligibility for a sign-on bonus up to USD 1,500.
\n
• Flexible scheduling with options for 5-40 hours a week, allowing you to determine your optimal work-life balance.

• Consideration for additional bonuses of up to USD 2,000 based on state licensure.
