Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and family systems approach to address client needs.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed, actively engaging in feedback with clients to refine their care.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to collaboratively enhance treatment approaches and share insights.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring client safety and stabilization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relational conflicts and trauma recovery. You will work with individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrable skills in individual, couples, and family therapy with an understanding of diverse therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in an outpatient setting with a focus on providing telehealth services.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation and scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
