Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing counselors to maintain a flexible schedule while remaining engaged with our patients through virtual platforms. Our clinic is equipped with advanced telehealth technology, ensuring counselors can deliver effective services from the comfort of their own homes. While core operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be some flexibility required to meet patients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, resulting in personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, adapted to individual patient needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at fostering community and providing shared resources for individuals grappling with similar issues.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services in high-stakes situations, offering immediate support for mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on mental health issues and available resources, empowering them to take active roles in their treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participating in team meetings and professional development workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus will be on providing mental health care to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Solid understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
