As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food and service for our residents. Daily Responsibilities: Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation Ensure food quality and consistency Oversee restaurant operations, both front and back of house Handle food ordering, purchasing, and inventory management Maintain sanitation and safety standards Required Skills: Experience in scratch cooking and food handling Knowledge of food and beverage management Strong background in restaurant management Ability to manage costs and optimize food operations ServSafe Certified with a focus on food safety Nice to Have Skills: Experience in interviewing and staffing Background in retail or purchasing Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $50,000.00 Maximum Salary: $55,000.00 Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k) Company Information: The Carrington at Lincolnwood is an all-new retirement community offering everything you could expect, and more than you could dream of.
