Our digital platforms facilitate seamless communication and consultations, enabling you to work effectively in a telehealth setting while providing a vital service to clients in New York’s school systems. Your responsibilities will include virtual therapy sessions conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant video calls.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide consistent, evidence-based therapy and mental health support through weekly synchronous video sessions to adults grappling with emotional and psychological challenges.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health providers and educational institutions, ensuring a well-rounded approach to client care that encompasses diverse therapeutic modalities.

• Utilize automatically generated symptom assessments, along with functional improvement metrics, to gauge client progress and customize treatment plans effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation using our user-friendly, integrated therapist portal, which streamlines the record-keeping process and allows for efficient case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults who experience a range of emotional disorders, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Your role will not only involve direct client interaction but also implementing culturally responsive treatment modalities that recognize and respect the diverse backgrounds of those you serve. You will partner with clients to create a safe space for processing their concerns while working collaboratively towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An independent LCSW license in the state of New York. Additional state licenses are advantageous.

• Demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity and a willingness to engage with clients from varied backgrounds.

• At least two years of recent, relevant experience delivering cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adult clients facing mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
