Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify specific mental health concerns and challenges, developing personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual's unique life circumstances.

• Provide high-quality therapy, including individual, couple, and family sessions, utilizing various evidence-based interventions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and systemic family dynamics.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive care delivery and coordinated wrap-around services for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment progress, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be on a diverse client population, including adults, families, and children from a variety of backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Health Assessment & Counseling PLLC offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
