Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients, focusing on pre-crisis and crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Completing mandatory documentation promptly and accurately in accordance with regulatory standards to ensure compliance and effective communication within the clinical team.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools as directed to assess client needs and suitability for various therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each individual's challenges and strengths.

• Participating actively in licensing and accreditation processes, upholding the highest standards of quality care.

• Serving as a liaison for clients with state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to ensure comprehensive support and resources are available.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
