Selected candidates will have access to administrative support, allowing you to concentrate on client care without the burden of billing or scheduling issues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, or families to understand their needs and establish treatment goals.

• Deliver evidence-based healing approaches tailored specifically to the needs and preferences of clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Regularly develop, review, and update individual treatment plans, ensuring modifications are made based on progress and shifting client goals.

• Perform ongoing risk assessments and evaluations to monitor clients’ mental health status, making timely decisions to intervene when necessary.

• Strengthen therapeutic relationships by establishing trust, maintaining appropriate boundaries, and demonstrating a commitment to client confidentiality.

• Guide clients through complex life transitions, helping them to build resilience, improve emotional regulation, heal from trauma, and explore identity development.

The primary population you will serve includes adults seeking assistance with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMHC license in the state of Florida is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is required.

• Expertise in treating mental health conditions, particularly anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues.

• A passion for remote work, allowing for flexible scheduling while maintaining accountability and professionalism.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a genuine commitment to client welfare.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually , commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
