Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients to provide individual and family therapy, addressing complex issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief through evidence-based practices.

• Craft personalized, client-driven treatment plans that reflect clients’ values, goals, and unique circumstances, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring each note reflects the client's progress and therapeutic interventions utilized.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, case managers, and community resources to provide comprehensive care that encapsulates clients’ needs and fosters a sense of community.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing urgent mental health needs, demonstrating a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
