Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy sessions for clients via telehealth, assessing their needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate weekly supervision sessions for practicum students seeking clinical licensure, offering guidance, mentorship, and professional development.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and accurate records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to support continuous improvement.

• Collaborate actively with a variety of healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic approaches to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a broad spectrum, including individuals, couples, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. From anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions, you will deliver empathetic and effective treatment strategies tailored to each unique circumstance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.

• A valid state license in mental health counseling (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Annual compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, accompanied by a substantial sign-on bonus of $3,000.
