Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring that individualized treatment plans are created and implemented effectively.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to a range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, drawing on various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant approaches.

• Collaborate with case managers and healthcare professionals to design and deliver coordinated treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Respond to clients in crisis, providing immediate support and intervention to help stabilize their conditions during acute distress.

• Engage in community outreach efforts aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues, and participate in educational initiatives that promote psychological well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, representing various cultural, socioeconomic, and age groups. Our clients may experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Through a tailored approach, you will support clients in navigating their unique circumstances, focusing on empowering them to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is essential.
