Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing established diagnostic tools and techniques.

• Design, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of diverse populations.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, offering support and strategies to clients during moments of acute distress.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with all professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Possession of a current state license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with a track record of effective intervention strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

Silverwood Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, complemented by potential bonus opportunities.
