Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, determining specific therapy needs and setting clear treatment objectives.
• Manage a patient load efficiently, conducting 1 patient session per hour while ensuring personalized care and attention.
• Implement cost-effective treatment plans to enhance patients' motion and mobility, using evidence-based protocols.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and advanced modalities to address patients' unique needs, including orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and maintaining clear, open communication regarding patient status.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all patient interactions, including evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information to comply with healthcare regulations.
