Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Virginia.

• Proven knowledge and understanding of mental health disorders, treatment approaches, and the importance of cultural competence in therapy.

• Exceptional crisis intervention abilities and the capacity to react calmly in high-stress situations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology for telehealth services.
