Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, providing a broad range of therapy services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to understand their unique needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical practices.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes through regular communication with clinical staff, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accurate records.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and collaborate on patient care strategies that address physical, psychological, and social needs.

• Provide case management for clients, ensuring a holistic approach by liaising with community resources and professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Maintain ethical standards and complete documentation in a timely manner, upholding the organization’s values and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of New York.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate a commitment to working between 10 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate client sessions.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience relevant to individual and family therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
