Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, employing evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals, ensuring a client-centered approach to therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using techniques rooted in proven psychological frameworks.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Respond efficiently to crisis situations by offering timely intervention and support to clients in need, employing de-escalation techniques and developing safety plans.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in strict adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, discussing cases and sharing insights to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and participate in ongoing training and supervision to further enhance your clinical skills.

• Adhere to ethical standards as outlined by relevant licensing boards, ensuring all practices align with licensing requirements in California.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals struggling with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our clients range from young adults to older adults, and your expertise will play a significant role in guiding them towards improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure in California as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).

• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to form accurate diagnoses.

• Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on empathy and active listening skills.
