Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide thorough assessments and treatment planning, working closely with clinical teams to develop pre-crisis and crisis plans, positive behavior support plans, and medication treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory standards so that we maintain high levels of compliance.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as designated by your team to ensure that clients receive the most effective therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that encourage meaningful change in behavior and enhance client autonomy.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure our clinic maintains its credibility and quality of care.

• Act as a liaison with local and state agencies, service systems, and community partners to foster collaborative relationships that can enhance resource accessibility for clients.

• Create and uphold effective communication lines within the clinic and with external stakeholders to meet contract standards and promote CenCal's mission in the community.

• Develop relationships with agencies, organizations, and potential partners to further our outreach and secure additional funding opportunities to support our service initiatives.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending conferences and training, to stay abreast of industry trends and strengthen your expertise.

• Emphasize and integrate the mission and values of the organization into everyday practices, ensuring a culture that prioritizes client empathy and support.

• Perform other necessary duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to promote the smooth operation of the office.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with emotional challenges, those recovering from substance use, and clients facing developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your approach will center on individualized care plans that respect each client’s unique circumstances and support their journey toward recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health field is required.

• An independent LPCC license to practice in California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the contributions of our counselors and offer attractive compensation that ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 per year, complemented by productivity bonuses on a monthly basis.
