Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, effectively identifying strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational groups aimed at enhancing knowledge of mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities. Demonstrated experience with assessments and treatment planning is essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients and collaborative work with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
