Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for clients, employing various therapeutic modalities suited for their unique needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to communicate patient progress and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records, including clinical notes and progress reports, utilizing our electronic medical records system to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Design and implement community outreach programs aimed at promoting awareness and education concerning mental health challenges, thereby fostering a more informed community.

• Regularly assess, evaluate, and update treatment plans based on clients’ responses and feedback, ensuring an adaptive approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client population facing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
