Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by fostering strong, therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and satisfaction, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, carefully evaluating their mental health status and needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adapting techniques based on client responses and progress.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practices and enhance personal development.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to maintain continuity of care and address complex client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in counseling practices.

• Proficient in computer applications; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY is essential.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services, particularly individual and family therapy.
\n
• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and developing appropriate client treatment plans.
