Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct mental health treatment through assessment, diagnosis, and the development of evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients across various age groups, employing methods that incorporate the developmental needs of children and adolescents.

• Facilitate engaging psychotherapy groups for families, children, and multi-family units, utilizing psychoeducation and group discussions as essential therapeutic tools.

• Collaborate with families and other key stakeholders, including educators, childcare providers, and correctional teams, to construct a supportive network for your clients.

• Utilize electronic health records efficiently for documentation and regular case management, ensuring compliance with agency policies and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. You will bring a trauma-informed care approach that prioritizes cultural sensitivity and acknowledges the needs of individuals from varied backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent license for practice, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, valid in the state of Oregon (or the state where you reside).

• Proven experience managing a caseload and collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong typing and computer skills for documentation and communications, with proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
