Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health needs using evidence-based tools, including the DSM-5, to create individualized care plans that reflect cultural sensitivity and specific patient needs.

• Continuously monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while implementing appropriate therapeutic interventions and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation utilizing modern electronic health record systems to comply with both regulatory standards and internal protocols.

Compensation and Benefits\n
