Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups facing mental health challenges.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and advocacy for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our mission to serve those with limited access to mental health care, our clients primarily consist of individuals and families coping with a range of mental health issues. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. The LPCC will play a crucial role in establishing rapport and creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, allowing for effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a significant sign-on bonus of $3,000 for new LPCC hires.
