Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities tailored to meet individual needs.

• Assess client mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and document session notes clearly and concisely in accordance with organizational standards.

• Provide support to clients in managing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various mood disorders.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care and to share insights and best practices consistently.

• Stay updated on new therapeutic techniques, maintenance of relevant licensure, and adherence to ethical standards of practice.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy services to adults in various settings.
