Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Offer evidence-based therapies, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care based on client needs.

• Regularly evaluate and meticulously document client progress towards achieving their treatment goals. Modify plans and interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes and adherence to evidenced practices.

• Provide immediate support to clients in crisis situations by assessing risk and implementing safety plans, ensuring that they receive the necessary interventions promptly.

Qualifications\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
