Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs, following a structured approach that considers both clinical and personal history.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community among individuals experiencing similar challenges, while providing essential coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated treatment, sharing insights and recommendations that enhance patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and support strategies to assist clients during emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and relevant treatment options, ensuring they are informed and empowered in their recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
\n
• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with a variety of evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven aptitude for conducting comprehensive assessments and crafting effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy, demonstrating adaptability in responding to the needs of a diverse patient population.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trusting relationships with clients.

• Strong ethical judgment and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.

• Comfort with electronic health records and proficiency in using various computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• 3+ years of experience in mental health counseling within community health settings is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n
