Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems. This involves gathering vital information through interviews and observational techniques to inform treatment strategies.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that articulate clear goals and select appropriate interventions reflective of each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated, client-centered approach to care, attending interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.

• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure clients' well-being and stability during critical moments.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to provide additional resources and communal support.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in line with ethical, legal, and organization standards, ensuring that client records reflect accurate treatment progress and interventions.

Qualifications\n
