Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions for clients navigating addiction and related mental health challenges, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Documenting session notes and maintaining comprehensive, timely records for each client to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Utilizing our integrated billing service to manage client accounts, process insurance claims, and set up payment plans efficiently.

• Coordinating and scheduling ongoing appointments with clients while proactively managing your calendar to maintain optimal client load.

• Assessing a wide range of clinical presentations, utilizing diagnostic tools and treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will engage with a varied patient population, including adults and couples experiencing the multifaceted effects of addiction. This role will require the LCSW to build strong therapeutic relationships, identifying and addressing underlying issues that contribute to substance use, while employing culturally competent practices tailored to the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• A valid LCSW license allowing independent practice.

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work; a Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers competitive annual compensation, with a salary range between USD 70,000 to 100,000, in addition to performance bonuses. Benefits include:
