Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to formulate personalized treatment plans based on clients’ individual needs.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to foster resilience and therapeutic progress among clients.

• Manage and maintain up-to-date, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and data integrity.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and holistic care, ensuring that every aspect of a client's mental health needs is addressed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
