Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' specific needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting techniques to serve each unique client dynamic effectively.

• Monitor and document client progress and treatment outcomes regularly, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards for record-keeping and confidentiality.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training workshops to share insights and enhance treatment strategies collaboratively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will directly benefit a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in New York State.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families across a range of issues.

• Strong foundation in clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to diverse populations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this role ranges from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
