Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents during virtual consultations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and family therapy, tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other professionals, participating in case discussions to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support and strategies for families dealing with mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on a diverse population of children and adolescents aged 5 to 18 who present with a range of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in New York as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
