Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and provide clinical services to individuals, developing and implementing tailored person-centered treatment plans aimed at achieving optimal outcomes.

• Regularly evaluate and monitor clients’ treatment needs to ensure the effectiveness of the implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments as required.

• Collaborate with clients to build essential skills such as coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication strategies.

• Educate clients regarding available community resources and advocate for them to access these services as part of their recovery journey.

• Assist in the formation of individual service plans that are aligned with clients’ personal goals, keeping in mind their aspirations towards community living and independence.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver therapy sessions based on the latest research, adjusting techniques to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records while minimizing administrative tasks through our efficient documentation systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychiatric disorders. Understanding the diverse backgrounds and individual experiences of these clients is crucial, as you will interact with a varied demographic representing the vibrant population of San Diego, California.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Must hold a current state-issued license:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• Ability to practice independently without supervision, reflecting high standards in clinical judgment.

• Clean license with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing empathetic care to clients.

• Strong proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms; reliable high-speed internet connection is essential for maintaining uninterrupted client service.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in delivering clinical services in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
