Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, diagnosing conditions, and determining appropriate interventions.

• Establish collaborative treatment plans in cooperation with clients, ensuring that therapy goals are aligned with their personal and clinical needs.

• Utilize modern telehealth tools and platforms to deliver counseling sessions, ensuring effective communication and monitoring of client progress.

• Engage in ongoing case management to coordinate care with other professionals in healthcare settings, promoting comprehensive and integrated support for clients.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards within the department.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of New Jersey is required.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling or mental health setting.

• Willingness to manage a flexible caseload between 10 and 40 client hours per week, accommodating both in-person and telehealth appointments.
