Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of the mental health status of elderly patients, considering age-related cognitive and emotional changes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field, particularly with older adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
