Work Environment\n

This position will be largely remote but is centered around school-based counseling, providing you the unique opportunity to work within educational settings. You will connect and collaborate with school staff and clients through virtual platforms, enabling effective communication and support. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Provide individualized and couples therapy to clients from a wide range of backgrounds and age groups, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.

• Utilize our comprehensive billing service to manage claims and client accounts, streamlining your administrative responsibilities so you can focus more on therapy.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapeutic sessions in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
\n
• Schedule ongoing appointments, ensuring your clients have access to continuous support while managing an updated calendar.
\n
• Demonstrate adaptability by effectively engaging with a variety of clinical presentations, employing evidence-based practices in your interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include students and families seeking mental health support in a school setting. You will work to address a broad spectrum of issues, from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges, fostering resilience and well-being among students. This role is pivotal in shaping positive mental health outcomes and equipping individuals with coping strategies that can enhance their academic and personal lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A current and active LICSW license in the state of Washington, allowing for independent practice.
\n
• Strong professionalism and the ability to maintain therapeutic boundaries with clients.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, working with a minimum of 20-25 therapeutic hours per week, including availability for at least two evening sessions each week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Salary for this role ranges between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, paired with additional bonus opportunities. As a full-time W2 employee, you will have access to:
