Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and initial evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, integrating their histories and presenting concerns into individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services through secure telehealth platforms, adapting techniques to fit each client's unique requirements, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Engage with clients in establishing realistic therapeutic objectives through interactive sessions and ensure ongoing support throughout their journey to mental well-being.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to clients’ needs.

• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring documentation is completed efficiently and accurately to facilitate continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance in a virtual setting.

• Demonstrated empathy and understanding in addressing clients' individual experiences, fostering a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing documentation and therapy schedules effectively while working remotely.
