Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring adherence to best practices in virtual therapy.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with the therapeutic goals of each client, regularly revising them based on progress and feedback.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid, full, and independent practice license: LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must demonstrate a clean professional record free from disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a sympathetic and understanding nature.

• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in telehealth therapy platforms and electronic health record systems.
