Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices to support clients in their recovery from mental health and substance use disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address clinical concerns and promote clients' well-being.

• Demonstrate proficiency in the 12-step recovery process and facilitate group discussions that empower and educate participants.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Make well-informed clinical decisions about client care based on evidence and established protocols, ensuring the highest level of safety and professionalism.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will be serving at Mind Training Mental Health Services include individuals grappling with various behavioral health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse issues. Many of our clients present with complex and co-occurring conditions that require holistic and tailored treatment approaches. Your expertise and individualized support will play a significant role in guiding them towards recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An independent clinical license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required to practice.

• Strong communication skills, particularly in written formats for electronic correspondence.

• Ability to manage and support a diverse and extensive caseload confidently.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
