Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness-based interventions, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to individual client needs, aiming for stress reduction and enhanced emotional well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, therapeutic goals, and preferences, thereby personalizing mindfulness practices effectively.

• Facilitate guided mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques designed to enhance self-awareness, emotional balance, and overall mental health improvement.

• Organize and lead interactive group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building exercises, creating a community of support among participants.

• Incorporate mindfulness strategies into one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring a comprehensive approach to addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to create an integrated treatment plan that emphasizes the importance of mindfulness in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
