Paragon Behavioral Health Center is seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will provide high-quality mental health services remotely, helping clients manage and overcome a variety of mental health issues.

Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being integral to a collaborative outpatient office. Our therapists engage with patients through telehealth platforms, maintaining a supportive connection while adhering to best practices in patient confidentiality and care. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the specific needs and challenges of clients, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support diverse patient goals.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community and providing clients with tools to manage their mental health.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for each patient.

• Provide immediate intervention services in crisis situations, ensuring clients receive timely support during emergency situations.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources available to them.
\n
• Ensure accurate documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives to enhance care and personal growth.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to continuously improve your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to a broad range of clients.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain professional boundaries while adhering to ethical practices.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

• Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
