KNEAD Hospitality + Design is seeking a talented Executive Sous Chef to join our Bistro Du Jour team in Capitol Hill. This French-inspired concept combines brasserie classics with modern flair in an energetic setting adjacent to the Royal Sonesta Hotel. As Executive Sous Chef, you’ll partner with the Executive Chef and General Manager to oversee all kitchen operations, uphold culinary standards, and ensure consistency across every plate.
