Work Environment\n

This position operates within a fully remote outpatient office format, allowing for flexibility in delivering care while fostering seamless collaboration among team members through digital communication platforms. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some evening shifts required on a rotating basis based on client appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use history, diagnosing co-occurring disorders when applicable.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing Techniques.
\n
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions aimed at building coping strategies, enhancing emotional regulation, and preventing relapse.
\n
• Facilitate communication and coordination among the interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure all aspects of a client’s care are unified and comprehensive.

• Implement regular monitoring for substance use, incorporating motivational interviewing strategies to inspire positive behavior changes in clients.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on the intersections of mental health and substance use disorders, emphasizing the significance of ongoing treatment and support.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of clinical progress, interventions, and any referrals, in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in staff meetings and professional development training to continually enhance competencies in treating co-occurring disorders.

This role primarily serves individuals facing the dual challenges of mental health disorders and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based approaches for treating co-occurring disorders, with proficiency in methodologies such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT).

• An understanding of the complex relationship between mental health conditions and substance use disorders is essential for effective treatment outcomes.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
