Work Environment

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a stable work-life balance while ensuring dedicated patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans incorporating various therapeutic modalities.
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy focused on mobility restoration and functional improvement, employing manual techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
• Utilize EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for accurate documentation and tracking of patient progress.
• Conduct regular evaluations of treatment efficacy, making necessary adjustments to care plans based on patient feedback and clinical findings.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies aimed at promoting long-term health.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care delivery and optimal recovery pathways.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed regarding advancements in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach, encouraging client motivation and adherence to therapeutic protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position falls between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, contingent upon experience.
