Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and potential barriers to recovery.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and address clients' unique circumstances and goals.
• Deliver solution-focused therapy, utilizing various modalities tailored to individuals and families, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation while adhering to ethical standards of confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow social workers, to provide integrated and holistic care.
• Facilitate educational workshops and support groups for clients and families to foster understanding and empowerment in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our LCSWs work primarily with adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits

• The selected candidate can expect an annual salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
