Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to determine client needs.

• Develop and present individualized treatment plans during Clinical Development and Review Process (CDRP) meetings, ensuring they align with best practices and client expectations.

• Facilitate and participate in clinical case conferences, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.

• Deliver engaging chemical dependency-focused educational lectures designed to inform and empower clients and their families.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique challenges faced by clients in recovery.

• Facilitate therapy for adolescents, significant others, and families, using a compassionate and inclusive approach.

• Offer comprehensive case management services, including coordinating resources and referrals to ensure clients receive the support they need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily serve individuals experiencing chemical dependencies, including those in the detoxification stage and their families. Understanding the complexities of addiction is vital, as you will employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to address underlying issues and promote long-term recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Must possess a current LCSW licensure in the state of Oregon.

• At least two (2) years of relevant post-graduate clinical experience in addiction therapy within the last five (5) years is required.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting while maintaining client confidentiality and trust.
