Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake and psychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs and tailor appropriate interventions.

• Develop and present individualized treatment plans at Clinical Decision Review Panel (CDRP) meetings, ensuring feedback and revisions from the treatment team are incorporated effectively.

• Participate actively in clinical case conferences, contributing insights that enhance team collaboration and treatment efficacy.
\n
• Facilitate educational lectures focused on chemical dependency to empower clients and their families with knowledge and resources.
\n
• Provide individualized and group counseling services that address substance abuse issues, ensuring a compassionate, client-centered approach.

• Conduct Adolescent therapy, as well as Significant Other, Family, and Multi-Family therapy as required, demonstrating versatility in treatment modalities.

• Offer comprehensive case management services, including resource and referral coordination, to ensure clients access necessary community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly involve engaging with adolescents and adults facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. You will play a vital role in facilitating recovery through supportive counseling and culturally competent care tailored to diverse backgrounds. Understanding the unique stories and struggles of our clients allows you to build trust and foster relationships that are critical to successful treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of relevant supervised experience in addiction therapy is required, ideally within the last five years.
